Check what you agreed before querying the bill
A recurring invoice looks familiar. That does not tell you whether its prices, quantities and extra charges match the agreement. This guide helps you compare three bills, follow the credits and prepare a question you can support with the paperwork.
Start with one charge. Find its price, quantity and billing dates in the invoice. Find the matching terms in the agreement and any approved changes. Calculate both amounts. If you cannot find the approval for a difference, record the missing document before drawing a conclusion.
It accompanies Claude saved my bacon., the story of a drive sold as new with five years of recorded use. The separate practice kit contains the editable sheets and example files.
