What can we do now?
Leave with a useful change to test, the evidence behind it and someone responsible for the result.
A one-page prompt to review one part of your business and produce an editable list of opportunities and a first test.
The first part is open below. The download adds: keep the document and the result.

What's inside
- Three steps to review a real job and an idea you previously shelved.
- A copyable prompt that produces a What we can do now document.
- Evidence, unknowns and a first test with an owner and a pass condition.
Revisit the reason you do it this way
Choose one recurring job. Bring a recent example and a useful idea you put aside because it was too expensive or time-consuming. Ask the person doing the work what the customer needs, what happens now and why it happens that way.
Then check the old constraint. What evidence says it still holds? What could you remove, improve or attempt if it doesn't? Keep unknowns visible. A convincing suggestion from AI doesn't prove the change will work.
Finish with one small test. Name the person responsible, agree time during the working week and decide what a pass looks like before you start. The result should be a document you can act on.
This sheet accompanies Can we go bigger?. The separate What can we do now helper kit adds an editable template and a fictional practice case.
