Outbound at scale: the starter kit
Start with reusable instructions and a blank prospect sheet instead of writing the whole setup yourself.
A ZIP with six starter skills, every guide prompt, an Excel sheet, CSV templates and a fictional worked campaign.
The first part is open below. The download adds: put it to work.
Free. The link shows here and lands in your inbox. Nothing else.
What's inside
- Use research, voice and drafting skills as project files.
- Copy the prompts for manual work, batches and the laptop app.
- Fill offer, company context and contact-history templates.
- Use a blank Excel sheet or import the CSV template.
- Compare your result with a labelled fictional example.
Give each part of the job a repeatable instruction.
The research skill asks for sourced facts and a reason the offer could fit. The voice skill helps you extract patterns from your own sent emails. The drafting skill combines that material into three editable email slots and checks the claims.
Your private contact history stays with that contact. Your offer and company context are shared inputs. Owner notes steer the job, and the assistant records what it couldn't establish.
Unzip the files, open START-HERE.md and ask your assistant to read the skills and relevant prompts. The voice template needs your own examples before use. The kit doesn't contain a finished application.
Use the 27-page build guide for the complete instructions. Read Inside an AI-native company for why you build the manual job before the app.
